t's not easy to be a health food junkie. Frankly, it's a lot of work. We know it, because we are health food junkies and have been for many years. In fact, we have been practitioners for over 20 years. I like your healthy sense of humour as well as your healthy choice of food. Yes -there seems to be a trend in psychologists creating new illnesses and drug companies rubbing their hands in cohort. They say laughter is the best medicine - (and dark leafy greens of course). You two have both. Your article brought me a smile as well as a warm feeling of support for the choices I am enjoying. Thank you!

Love this tongue in cheek poke at the sheer nonsense of "orthorexia" and the high probability of an industry attempting to keep the citizenry unhealthy because of course, it keeps THEM very wealthy. We are currently entertaining friends from Sweden who spent hours in a local grocery store reading labels. They are horrified at the garbage and sheer junk in the way of preservatives, additives, sugars, fats etc that are added to everything! The live a more whole food life in their country where health care is taken care of via taxes and they are a happy and healthy nation. This isn't rocket science. I have been happily orthorexic for nigh on 30 years now and enjoy at 54 a physician free lifestyle. So happy to deprive them of my money!
