I sold some curriculum on Nov 2nd, shipped it on Nov 3rd. The buyer hasn't received it yet and is wanting a refund. It has only been 8 days (excluding weekends and holidays) since shipment. She is in great need of getting this curriculum which was quite expensive and wants to order it from someone else. She says she will return it when she receives it but she needs it fast and isn't wanting to wait for it. As the seller, I feel that it hasn't been long enough to refund her money. I know I goofed up. I was unaware of her needing it fast so I shipped media mail. I did insure it and have the insurance tracking number but failed to do a shipping conformation. I'm new at all this and would like some advice on how to handle this. I can feel for her need but refunding puts me in a hard place. Harriett M
