FINALLY someone has put into words what my son has yet I am not sure if it is ADD . It is so strange. He can go weeks trying to understand a math fact/process,etc. (he is 12) then finally get it then he has to start over again. On one hand he wants the whole picture but then he can't process that because it is too big. Next if given a piece he can't do it because he can't see "why".
What kind of people do testing for kids. His neurologist felt homeschooling was the problem...,next!!!

I am very scared for him. One problem is we were in a car accident and had a head injury but of course can't document if his problems existed before. We did have an eye therapist before accident and repaired "tracking" issues.
Oh I just need help....
Thank you anyone!
