I sent a perfectly good CD and the seller says that it arrived damaged. She said it doesn't work and has black spots on it. I feel terrible but not sure what to do. It was the original CD in the original case and worked perfectly when I sent it. Obviously she is not happy and wants her money back. Do I have her send the CD back to me and then refund her the money? It was not insured but it also arrived just something happened in the mailing. She didn't pay to have it insured but we also didn't talk about it. I have sent so many things over the years and never had a problem so this is really frustrating. I want to do what is right. I am also out the $25 so I am pretty bummed. That was an expensive CD to get ruined.
