Subject:	Seller has made many promises to refund money

I have had a real bad experience working with Loretta Rizzo.
She has made many promises of refunding my money after I did not
receive the first package and yes, supposedly a second package.
She relocated from one state to another and did not communicate
that to me before the relocation. She had told me that she sent out
a second package and later said she sent only one package. Then
she promised to refund my money, not once, but several times. She
now does not have the same email address according to yahoo.com.She
has not given me her new email address. I am out $65.00. I still
have not received a package or the money refund. The only thing I
know to do is to warn people of her.
I wish I had never entered into this transaction. I really hate
having to deal with this kind of a situation. I would love to tell
you that everything has been worked out and that this has been just
one big misunderstanding, but somehow I don't think that is going
to happen. I would love for her to show me that she is really
sincere and that she really does want this to get cleared up as
she has communicated.
