They seem to be having major problems in California. I had a package sent to me from there and it has been stuck at the processing facility for 7 weeks! They cant find it anywhere. Searching the web the center is located in Richmond, CA and they have had numerous complaints about slowness or pkgs lost. I hope by now the matter is resolved for you. I plan on never dealing with media mail again for the west coast, priority mail only.
