I ordered TT Pre-Algebra from Melonie Simpson in Texas more than a month ago, never received the item, she said that she would refund the $135 I paid through Paypal, and has since not responded at all.

Lots of email, lots of promises, but no item, no refund. I am disputing through PayPal, but I would recommend not doing business with her in the future.
