I answered a post several months ago asking for sos8th grade math I responded I had a copy 1998-99 disk still in good working order I had used it this year for my son sold it for 15$ included shipping I told them it was an older version (doesnt need application disk doesnt have a serial # ) after having first been contacted in June the person looking for it sent a mo last week I mailed it out this past friday she contacted me yesterday wanting the paperwork and serial # which there isn't one . If I can not find those things she wants to return it to me for full refund . I have explained in several e mails there is not an application disk or serial number I had stated it was an older disk but I didn't know if it would run in co-op with 2003 and newer disks since all I use are pre application disk versions. I don't know what to do I have used the money to purchase a piece of curriculium I needed for this year I dont have extra money I was upfront with her before she bought it and told her what year it was it works fine as we did just used it this year but as I have stated my school system doesn't use any disks from 2003- present . I wanted record out here besides copies of all sent and recieved e mails . I have never had any issues buying or selling on vegsource until this transaction. I have always paid promptly and mailed packages promptly as well as given full info about any products I may have for sale .thank you for reading I just don't know what to do as I have been open & honest about this situation. if you have any suggestions please e mail me directly.
