Hi,
I am new to this board, although I have been on VegSource for a few years.

By or before April 1, God willing, we will start looking for a child or sibling group to add to our family. We will be doing the foster to adopt.

Is anybody out there from MN, and have gone through this? It would be nice to find somebody in the same boat, and I have many questions about home schooling an adopted child, since it appears that MOST LIKELY the child will have to be in a licensed school until the adoption is finalized.

Although we have a lot of friends, most are not very interested in hearing our dreams or ideas. We did have some that had to give a personal reference, but I know that they are kind of bored when we talk about this. It would be nice to share our joys and struggles with somebody else who went through the process.
