Like my father, I have a low spark threshold and have battled not to feel that surge of heat and over-react. I have found yoga really helpful. I'm talking a holistic mind-body-spirit type., not the push, push, push gym type. Somehow that re-connection to my body really helps me stay grounded. I get more space to modulate my reactions. It's helped me - something to consider.
