We have a Formula Ventures Prism Home Gym system. It's been sitting for 3 years and we finally decided to get back in shape. Problem= got the frame up- now what???? Pulley system seems very complicated, but we've put it together before and don't remember how it was assembled. Can you help!!!!! Want to work out right away....Pictures would help, if you have any. Thanks.
