Glad you made it through another workout! You're on a roll. Hills are
great. I live on one. When the dog and I walk them consistently, over
the course of a month or so I really notice my legs/thighs/fanny get
toned. Of course, I haven't been too consistent...sigh.
Joyce comes to mind. She's just five foot but weighs 120. That's alot
on so small a frame, but she looks great. A pound of muscle takes up
alot less space than a pound of fat.
I'm measuring/weighing myself once a month. I got good news last
month, but I tell ya, I just dread the weighing/measuring!
