Subject:         Another RED workout done

Hi all,

Got my workout all done this morning. Did a little better with the moves today.

Walked yesterday and man, are my calves (sp) ever sore. I did some hill walking.

Say Mary, how often do you measure?

Do you ever watch the tv show fittv? Where they have different programs on there for weight loss and such. I recall seeing two women who worked out in the gym, one lost alot of weight and lost inches, where the other did not lose much weight at all, but lost many inches.

I sure would like that to happen to me. If I could shrink and still weigh what I do, I would be a happy camper. Know anyone like that?
