Hi all,

I got as a gift an exerciser called RED. WWW.redexerciser.com

Ive never seen one of these before. I just got done watching the DVD on the exercises. And man it looks like some work out alright. Core training.

Thought Id try this since it was a gift. And the person who gave it is going to be looking at me.

Ever hear of this thing. Or know anyone who has used it?

It has an eating program, but Im sticking with my own. Sure hope Im able to walk after doing a workout. I did a trail run of some of them today. You can definately feel it.
