Abbey, Reverse your method of trainning. Try working out less and doing an hour of cardio. Keep doing your cruches but try some different types of cruches and do them different ways. Also try cross trainning. Running Swimming & biking all in one exersise 20/20/20 run for 20 swim for 20 and bike for 20 at lest three times a week. Also get about 10 hours of sleep this will help alot. Hope this help let me know if you are going to try for a week and see what happens. Talk to you soon, live strong try anything.
