I don't think it's normal and I don't think you're overdoing it. I'm 49 and I do a 60-minute aerobic workout 5-6 days a week. I toss in a day or two of strength training when I have the time. I definitely need at least one day off per week but that's all, assuming I'm getting enough sleep.
Some fluctuation in energy from day to day is normal, but I've been doing this much aerobic training for long enough that I'm well-conditioned, and it sounds as though you are, too. If I suddenly felt constantly fatigued for weeks on end while doing the same thing I've been doing for years, I'd definitely make an appt. to see my doctor.
