Joyce, I have just purchased your weight training made easy book. I do Taekwondo 3 x/week; cardio sculpt twice a week and now your workout. I am pretty muscular at 4'11" 148 lbs but have never been able to lose the stomach. (age 51) My question: which days should I do the uppper body and which days the lower body - does it matter if I do some of each in the cardio scuplt on Tues and Thurs and the tkd on M, W, & Fr?
