Subject: veg restaurants in china OUTSIDE Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou etc.

I would like a listing of or guide to vegetarian restaurants in China. NOT vegetarian restaurants in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and the other big cities where it usually is quite easy to find a veg place. What I want to know is where to eat veg in all the other small or fare away places.Can someone help me out here with some information.
