I just passed my three year anniversary as a McDougaller. Everything promised is true! I have kept off 40lbs, and vastly improved my health and appearance while eating all the delicious food I want. I look better now at 43 than I did ten years ago. I think Dr. McDougall deserves a Nobel Prize. I rely on the meal cups when travelling and find them to be delicious and an extraordinary value. My whole life has changed as a result of the information provided by Dr. McDougall, and I am just SO GRATEFUL!
