I'm a 24 yr. old who also lives in Houston, Tx. I've been a vegan since August, but I started using Dr. McDougall's plan almost two months ago. Until last Thursday, I was doing the Original plan, but didn't lose more than my initial 4 lbs. I've changed, however, because I don't exercise and really don't leave the house. I've lost 4 lbs more since last week. Glad to hear you're doing well.
