I've just started exploring all the links on your website. To say they are excellent and helpful is a rather vast understatement. I also liked that local newspaper article, good job! I wish I could have attended your Thai buffet - what a great idea! And 50 people attended, that's fabulous. Bill, I can't think of a better way to use your retirement than spreading the word on how to eat the McDougall way. You're a role-model for the rest of us McDougallers.
