consider keeping a food diary. see what you eat, how many calories you take in and out. just because a person is a vegan doesn't mean they have to be thin. the same rules apply, it has nothing to do with your veganism.. unless, of course, you are hungrier and eating more without realizing it. note that, with counting calories ...don't go overboard! your body probably calls for at least 1600-1800 calories daily without excersize, and if you reduce anything, dont go below 1200 a day..
