My husband and I are vegetarians; almost vegans and are senior citizens. He is 76 and I am 70. Despite the fact that we eat healthy foods and look good, we both have a tendency to put on weight. One can eat too much of a good thing, you know. He is 6ft.2 and weighs around 195 and would like to weigh around 180-185. I am now 5ft. 5 in. and weigh 160 lbs. and since I have large bones, do NOT look really fat...but I would be happy if I could weigh 143...less would be even better. Problem is that it seems even when I cut back drastically with my food, the scale does not seem to budge....up and down 2 lbs. constantly, no matter what I eat. HELP PLEASE>>>>> thanks so much.
