You should never have more than 3 lower calorie days in a row because your metabolism slows way down as post above noted. Eat more calories for a couple weeks, then go 3 days lower - 1200 - and one day higher...3 days low, 1 day high, etc. However, it might be best to stick with a diet high in veges and fruits - 50 to 70% and stick with whole food carbs. Dairy IS the devil!
