I'm trying to clean up my diet and convert to veganism again (I've been a strict vegetarian for the past few years) as well as lose some weight before my birthday trip to Tulum, Mexico! :) 51 days to go! breakfast: slice of sprouted grain cinnamon-raisin toast with peacan butter and honey; 1/2 grapefruit lunch: tofu stirfry with brown rice; banana snack: a few raw almonds; veggie chips dinner: probably a dinner salad with beans and some cantaloupe
