Sheesh, wheat is in EVERYTHING. If you can't eat it it's a pretty big adjustment, hard to avoid. Bread Whole wheat pastas Mock meats such as Yves bologna Pita bread Homemade baked goods Couscous Bulgar Hot wheat cereal Cold wheat cereals Anyway, it's best if you rotate grains and eat a variety, there is no need to have wheat at all in your diet, you can have spelt, quinoa, amaranth, rice, buckwheat (technically not a grain), oats, barley, I'm sure I missed a bunch but you get the idea.
