Your fat content is way too high. Eating fat makes you fat; so it's important to avoid fatty foods. Cheese is extremely high in fat; tofu and soy milk are also quite fatty. I would also imagine there is quite a bit of oil involved in the preparation of your meals. Eliminate fatty condiments like margarines, salad dressings, cooking oils, cheese and the like. Strive to get you fat content to be around 10% of calories. Right now it's over 31% (according to the figures you provided) The protein shakes are very unnecessary, and could just hurt you in the long run. As long as you are consuming enough calories, you should be getting plenty of protein. Speaking of calories, your figures don't add up. 100g of carbs + 30g of fat + 50g of protein = 870cal That's 230 to 330 calories that have not been accounted for. These figures are just meant to point out that it's hard to keep track of everything you eat, and that eating for weight loss does not need to be such an exact science. Eat plenty of the right foods, eliminate the bad ones and go for a brisk walk. You'll be fine.
