If you have more than a few lbs than you need to run. Dont exercise the stomach a lot expecting to lose weight there. You will not lose the fat, only increase the muscle underneath, which will eventually make ur stomach look bigger (I did this, so I know) if you only have a little chub, than crunches and and leg lifts (where you lay on ur back, put ur hands under a door and lift ur legs straight up and then back down without touching the floor). This will help making the appearance nicer and increasing muscle bulk and tone.
