Hi, don't know if you are still wanting info on this diet, it has been a while. I actually had to order the book twice since I got ripped off the first time. ANyway, it is basically a whole foods diet with no processed or artificial anything and many supplements are recommended. There are 2 phases and the first one is the most strict and that is to see if you are allergic or intolerant of certain foods. Organic food is also recommended. Meat id allowed in small portions, as well as organic dairy but white flour, rice and the like aren't allowed. Healthy fats such as olive oil are used. The author has a website and I think you can find more info there. I would definitely recommend this book. It is an interesting read and I thought it was as good or if not better than the China Study, but that is only my opinion. Hope this helps!
