I think it was night before last that I was awake in my bed at 1:30 because I was too stressed out to sleep. After making it downstairs to spend maybe 20 minutes on my s. bike, I slept sound.

There is a myth that late night exercise will keep your adrenaline pumping too hard to let you sleep, but it's been recently disproven. If anything, it should get the extra energy out of you to allow sleep to come.

I didn't believe it at first either, but half of it is psychological. If you think you're too pumped to sleep, it's going to stress you out even more and make your fears of a restless night come true.

If not, maybe it's something you should talk to a doctor about (or have you already?).
