Thanks, I'm doing an hour of cardio 3 days a week. I was gentler on myself on fasting days. I think I'll inrease to 5-6 days a week. I may even do an extra 30 minutes of cardio some evenings even on days I already did cardio in the morning.I already go for walks and play with the kids actively. Trouble is, I often have trouble sleeping and if I cardio too late (6:00+) I won't sleep at night. So far, eating "normal" for 3 days with an insignificant 1 pound increase that could just be a fluke with the scale or water weight. Thanks, Reply To This Post Return to Posts Index VegSource Home
