Seeing as how you described yourself as muscular, I'm guessing you already exercise. However, you're going to have to start more cardio as you bring food back in to compensate what would have been weight gain. Your metabolism will gradually start to recognize the new food intake and speed back up, allowing weight loss if you keep doing the same amount of cardio.
Go down to maybe 5 pounds less than your goal weight before you go back to exercising the amount you did before (if you do want to go back to that) because that much is usually just water-weight. After that, keep track of yourself and good luck.
