I have the same numbers for my diet you do (only I only shoot for 40g a day for protein). I think what's helped me the most is nutritional yeast and put 2 1/2 tbsp in my oatmeal every morning so I can start my day off with 20 calories and 15g protein. If you're going to try that, dear god, take my advice and get "imported yeast" from the Kal brand. It tastes mor elike peanuts and less like rancid cheese. The rest of your protein should comes i naturally your diet as long as you eat plenty of whole grains and get at least 1000 calories a day. I would be careful trying to get so much protein on a restricted calorie diet, as you may start to limit carbs for its sake and end up binging on them (I made that mistake).
