I posted on McDougal's board before I realized there was a "general" weightloss board so. Anyway, I began dieting in Jan. and converted to a vegan lifestyle in April. I do Pilates or walk every day. So far I have lost 42 lbs and have about 58 to go...about 4 wks. ago, I stopped losing. I had been losing 1-2 lbs. a day. I haven't gained any but no loss, either. I haven't changed a thing. What could be up and how do I get my weight loss going again??
