Hi, Just recently detoxed. This is what I did: For 2 days, fruits (all except bananas, grapefruit) vegetables and whole grains. On the 3rd and 4th day drink distilled water mixed.with lemon and pure maple syrup. On the 5th, 6th, 7th day, fruits and vegetables. After that, slowly add your regular foods back in your diet. You will need to drink lots of water, distilled is best since it will "draw" out toxins. I lost 4 pounds, not that I was looking for that to happen. Also, obtain some detox stuff from health store. You do feel better...I can give you more information on menu and drink mixture if you are interested. Good luck! KB
