Oh - I wondered. I'm using Weight Watchers now, with a few 'modifications' to be vegetarian. The booklet has the usual comments about the lack of Vit B12, etc., but one -can- do it vegetarian - even vegan. You just have to be attentive; which is sort of the idea in the first place. Thanks! Mary vs
