I have read that severe calorie restriction on our bodies slows down
metabolism. It is suggested that virtually all women who severely restrict
foods have a slowed metabolism and therefore gain more weight upon
"normal" eating. with that being said, how can I feel good about trying to eat
more when I know that I will gain more weight than I started out with? How
can I re-charge my metabolism? Does it every spring-back? Can you PLEASE
provide me with any feedback? Or any other reading or information that you
would deem as being helpful.
