For the past 6 months I have been struggling to recover from an eating disorder. I am currently 5"7' and 105 lbs. I have only gained 7 lbs! My nutritionist tells me that my restrictive diet is preventing me from gaining weight. I incorporate high calorie and high fat (typically mono or polyunsaturated) into my diet and still haven't noticed a difference. Do I really need dairy to gain weight?
