How long have you been eating 1000-1200 Calories a day? It's good you are avoiding empty carbs; your fat intake is a bit high, try and get it below 20. You don't need any more protein. Increase you unrefined carbs... and not just salad, fruit and bread.
Back to how long on 1000 - to 1200 calories a day... even if you weren't exercising everyday, if you have been on that calorie level for very long you body will have decided that food resources must be scarce and it will adjust your metabolism to deal with the deprivation. You may have to increase you overall calorie intake (and gain a couple pounds) before you can start losing weight again. Once you body accepts the new calorie level, you can throw in a few 1000 - to 1200 days a week to speed weigh loss without your body going into starvation mode.
