Does anyone have a good feel on how much fruit you can eat in a day if you are trying to lose weight? The experts seem to disagree. One says "no more than 3", the next one says "all the fruit you want", the next one says "at least 3".

Or, is it an individual thing where some can eat more fruit and others cannot?
