It's not what you eat so much as how much you eat. What you eat is still a big factor. The cheese needs to go. I'm sure it's seen an increase in your diet since cutting out other foods, and you're pretty much just munching on fat (Which is loaded with calories). What sorts of other things do you eat? How much are you eating? If you get this before you start eating in the morning, could you post a sample menu of what you eat today later on tonight (Include portion sizes!)?
