I have a thermostat controlled warm air generator (WAG), and instructions for making your own low-temp convection dehydrator. See the manufacturer's website for more info on their dehydrators(www.dryit.com) I have the mini-size WAG, along with instructions for assembly, teflon sheeting (for fruit leather/jerky) and food-safe screening (8 ft. x 24 in. for making the trays).

No wood included, just measurements and instructions for building your own. The WAG is new, as purchased, fully assembled, but you provide plywood, hardware, etc. to build the trays and housing.

On their website, they sell the mini-wag for $90, screeing is $18, and teflon $17, plus shipping. I am asking $34 ppd. Shipping via UPS. (includes tracking & insurance).
