Flu shots aren't vegan, but if you and your children need one, get one (unless you or the kids are allergic to eggs). A flu shot needs to be gotten every year, as the flu strains vary year to year. This year's flu is supposed to be quite virulent, so if you're considering a vaccine, get one now, before the supply runs out.
