Subject: Flu Shot

Would appreciate any thoughts on getting the flu shot. To get or not to get. I doubt it is vegan though, right? Concerned about all that is in the news with many sick, hospitalized and most sadly from death. I have children and am worrying. Have gotten the shots several years ago, but it has been a long time. Thank you so much.
