I recomend watching 2 videos. The Rave Diet "Eating" by Mike Anderson
and a Diet for all Reasons by Micheal Klapper. The protien myth is well debunked by both of them. Soy is heavy GMO and I dont recomend it. The bigger question with protien in foods is not how much is in them but how much of whats there gets absorbed. Many vegan foods have more protien than animals. And for the ones that have less you still get more protien because more of what's there gets absorbed.
