Subject: Subway false advertising?

Sorry if this has already been discussed, I haven't been on the board in a long time.

My local subway (in Surrey, BC, Canada) just came out with the veggie patty, and OK, everyone knows that it's not vegan. However, on the poster it clearly states "It's Vegan!". How can they do this? I emailed the company to see if the ingredients changed, and nope, egg whites and calcium caseinate.
