Hi there, we are going to our friends wedding in the Dominican Republic, in Cabrera and are concerned about what we will eat. We went there with our friends this past september to help plan the wedding, and at the time my husband and I were vegetarian but have now gone completely vegan. The resort we stayed at, La Catalina, had almost NO options for even vegetarians so i know there will be very few choices as vegans. This is literally the only hotel in Cabrera and there are not really any restaurant options. Any suggestions? The only thing we ate last time was creamy pasta dishes, grilled cheese, eggs.....and now we can't eat those things either. Any help would be great!!
