I have been vegan for about 4 years, and I am turning 22.. Before it didn't seem like an issue being a little younger, but I am always so so tired and I can't figure out if it's because I need more protein? What kind should I have, and in what form? I feel like I've trid everything, I have also gained a lot of weight in the past 2 years ( for me anyway) I'd like to feel more energetic and shed some pounds in a healthy way... Any suggestions? Everyone keeps telling me to try to eat meat again. I cannot fathom the idea.
