That drives me bonkers, too, Anne. I've had people tell me, "Oh, I was a vegetarian back in the ---- (fill in the decade), but I'm past that phase." Argh!!! I guess those of us who remained veg are still in a "phase" and haven't matured yet. It's infuriating. I can only hope this woman's daily vegan entree is so wildly popular that her meat-based dishes pale in comparison and she'll have to invert her menu to having one daily meat-based entree instead.
