Veganism is QUITE healthy, actually, but you HAVE to go about it the right way.
Of course, the big thing people worry about with vegans is lack of protein and calcium, yada, yada, yada. In short, tofu, broccoli and a lot of different vegan-friendly foods can be used to get the essential things. Also, taking a multi-vitamin will help.
As long as you don't neglect your body of essential nutrients, you have nothing to worry about!
